How to add Bark to your contact list

We regularly email you about exciting product releases, new customer leads and amazing promotional offers.  We don’t want you to miss out on anything, so we want to make sure our emails are going to the right place. 

To keep some of our emails from heading to your Spam folder, add our email address team@bark.com (or any of our others) to your email contacts. For a more reliable fix, you can add our email address to your contact whitelist so your email provider knows to send our emails to your inbox.

Login to your email account, select settings and then click either filter or spam settings. From here you should be able to save the domain Bark.com using either rules, or by adding it to your whitelist.

Here are some simple steps on how to create a filter rule, all you need to do is complete the following: 

  1. Sign into your Gmail account.
  2. Select the down arrow in the search bar at the top of the page.
  3. In the From field, enter the email team@bark.com.
  4. Click Create Filter.
  5. Select Never send to Spam.
  6. Then select Create Filter again.

You’ll need to move any emails from us that are already in Spam to your inbox by clicking ‘Not Spam’. You can select more than one email using this function.

Here are some simple steps on how to create a filter, all you need to do is complete the following: 

  1. Sign into your Yahoo account and select Mail. 
  2. In the top right corner, select Settings and then ‘more settings’. 
  3. Click Filters and then ‘new filter’. 
  4. Create a title for your filter – you can always use ‘Bark emails’. 
  5. In the From field, select ‘contains’ and enter bark.com. 
  6. Under ‘Choose a folder to move to’ select Inbox.
  7. Click Save.

  1. Sign into your to your HotmailMSN or Outlook account.
  2. Select the cog icon (⚙) in the top right corner.
  3. Click ‘view all Outlook settings’ then ‘Rules’.
  4. Here you can add a new rule. You will first need to name your rule, anything will work even Bark Emails.
  5. Next, add the condition, From: team@bark.com.
  6. Then add the action, Move to: Inbox in the correct fields.
  7. Click Save.

Here are some simple steps on how to create a filter, all you need to do is complete the following: 

  1. Sign into your iCloud account, and select Mail.
  2. Click the cog (⚙) in the sidebar and select rules.
  3. Click Add a Rule and select your filtering conditions.
  4. Enter the domain Bark.com in the name or email address field.
  5. Use the THEN setting to select that all emails from Bark.com are moved to a specific folder. To set up a new folder, select New Folder… and add a name of your choice.
  6. Click Done.

Add team@bark.com (or any of our others) to your AOL contacts. For a more reliable fix, you can respond to one of our emails so that Bark.com is added to your email whitelist, and AOL will know to send our emails to your inbox.
